Built and installed a new stationary shooting bench in my back yard range tonight so I thought I would try it out with the 17HMR and the 6mm Cooper. The 17 group is a five shoot group and the shot to the right I'm sure hit one of our Manitoba Mosiqutos on the way to the target

.

The top shot was with a cold barrel and then they started to drop as the barrel heated up. Still a decent 100yd group I can cover with a loonie and I still am hoping to find a few more different brands of ammo to try.
The 6mm Cooper I'm still working on loads with 55gr NBTs and H4895 powder, 65gr VMaxs with Varget and will try some 85gr Interbonds later this fall.

The top shot was a fowler with a load that would not group and then the bottom three shots are just over a half inch group which I'm sure would be better if I let the gun cool a little more between shots. Just hard to sit out there and wait when you are being eaten alive by the bugs.
