Thumbs up foxPro!

I had some trouble with my FX3 last month when it stopped charging the batteries and even with new batteries it was only lasting 15 minutes or so on a charge. So I contacted FoxPro and they told me to send it in. I shipped it off and less than 2 weeks later it was back on my doorstep. They upgraded some of the interior components, fixed a broken wire to the charger and they even fixed the cone speaker mounts which I had broken when I dropped it one day (oops). All that and no charge!

I hope it's not too SPAMmy to say... but if you are considering an e-caller I can confirm first hand that FoxPro's service for Canadian customers is excellent!

I saw a Foxpro caller (spitfire?) from Lake Huron rod and gun for $210, do you think this would be a good call?

That is good to know Baron, because my FX3 has a pooched speaker and I can't remember if it is still under warranty. Was yours still under warranty?

I have no problem with expensive products if the company stands behind their product and gives effort into keeping you. Foxpro is a great brand.

I've heard other people claim to get free service after warranty as well.

Agreed, and one of the best 'Outfits' I've ever had to deal with, hassle free plus any amount of help offered by their tech department is RCBS. Back to Foxpro, I have their FX5 plus the JITB and hope to get to use it close to your part of the world. Horsefly.

I have no idea. I never even thought of warranty, and they never asked or mentioned it.
